I'm Hannah, the person behind ByMedusa. I bring more than 17 years of experience across administration, customer service, finance, operations and tech support.
I'm comfortable stepping into a busy business, learning how it works and taking genuine ownership of what needs doing. Since launching ByMedusa in February 2025, I've supported service-based businesses with the work that keeps everything else moving.
